Payment options and billing
All Prices are in Euros (€). You can pay via PayPal, directly via Internet banking (iDeal) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). You will receive the invoice of your order by email. For more information about iDeal we refer to https://www.ideal.nl/consument/.
Once your order has been accepted, and you have paid by credit card, we will block off the amount on your card, but we will not charge you before your order has been packed and prepared for shipping, unless of course, it is a pre-order (see below).
In case of a pre-order, and you are paying via PayPal, directly via Internet banking (iDeal) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), we will process your payment immediately after your purchase.
Why do you not ship to my country?
We are currently shipping to all EU countries. If you would like to have your Roots Hockey equipment shipped to a location that we are currently not shipping to, you may use the service of a forwarder. If you are planning to order for €300 or more, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing: email@example.com of using the form. We may then be able to arrange a special delivery to your destination.
*All our shipped orders contain a Track & Trace information, so that you can track your order at any time.
